The Everyday Roofing
Restoration Process
We don't take shortcuts. Discover our meticulous 4-step process that ensures your roof is fully repaired, protected, and looks brand new for years to come.

Comprehensive Inspection
Every successful restoration starts with a thorough assessment. We get up on the roof to check the condition of your tiles, pointing, bedding, and flashings. We provide a full written report with photos, so you know exactly what needs fixing before we start.
- Full roof health check
- Photographic evidence provided
- No-obligation fixed quote

Repairs & Repointing
We replace all broken or heavily chipped tiles to ensure the surface is structurally sound. Then, we remove loose mortar and re-bed where necessary, followed by flexible pointing on all ridge caps to ensure a strong, waterproof seal that won't crack under movement.
- Broken tiles replaced
- Ridge caps re-bedded if needed
- Premium flexible pointing applied

High-Pressure Cleaning
Using industrial-grade 4000 PSI pressure cleaners, we strip away decades of dirt, moss, lichen, and old oxidized paint. This step is critical—a clean, porous surface is required for the new membrane to bond correctly. We also rinse down your walls and gutters to leave your property spotless.
- 4000 PSI industrial cleaning
- Removes moss, lichen & dirt
- Gutters and paths rinsed down

Protective Membrane Coating
Finally, we apply a premium 3-coat system. First, a high-build sealer/primer is applied to stabilize the tiles. Then, two thick coats of 100% acrylic roof membrane are airless-sprayed for a flawless, durable finish that reflects UV rays and completely waterproofs your home.
- High-build primer/sealer applied
- Two coats of premium roof membrane
- Available in a wide range of colors
