Question 8

How much does roof restoration cost in Melbourne?

Accepted Answer

Not every roof is the same — and we won't pretend it is. Some roofs need 20 tiles changed, some need 200. Some need repointing only, others need full rebedding or valley replacement. We inspect your roof in person and give you an honest, tailored quote on the day. No BS, no sales tactics, no hidden fees.

Most tile roofs can be restored, but if your roof has severe structural damage or the tiles are beyond repair, we will honestly advise you if a replacement is a better option.

What does a full roof restoration include?

Accepted Answer

It includes a full inspection, replacing broken tiles, high-pressure cleaning, rebedding and repointing all ridge caps, and applying a 3-coat protective membrane system.

Yes, once the premium roof coating is fully cured, it is 100% safe for rainwater collection systems.

Accepted Answer

Signs include cracked or missing tiles, crumbling mortar (pointing), faded or peeling paint, moss/lichen buildup, or water leaks. We can assess this during a free inspection.

Question 14

Do you clean gutters as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer professional gutter cleaning as a standalone service or as part of a restoration. Honest tailored quote on the day.

Question 15

Will I need to be home during the work?

Accepted Answer

No, as long as we have clear access around the property and to power/water, you do not need to be home.
