1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at www.roofinginmelbourne.com.au or engaging Everyday Roofing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services & Quotes
All quotes provided by Everyday Roofing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote is a reasonable estimate of the costs based on a visual inspection. If unforeseen structural damage is discovered during the course of the work, we will halt work and discuss any necessary variations with the homeowner before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
We pride ourselves on our zero upfront deposit policy for standard residential restorations. Our standard payment schedule is:
- 0% Upfront Deposit.
- 20% due upon commencement of work on-site.
- 20% due upon completion of repairs and cleaning.
- 60% final balance due upon completion and final inspection of the coating system.
4. Warranty
Everyday Roofing provides a 10-year warranty on all premium coating systems (Shieldcoat, Globalcote, Dulux) applied by our team, covering peeling, flaking, and blistering. We also provide a 7-year workmanship guarantee on all pointing and repair work. Warranty does not cover pre-existing structural issues, severe weather events (hail, cyclones), or damage caused by third parties walking on the roof after completion.
5. Liability
Everyday Roofing is fully insured for public liability and workers' compensation. We take all necessary precautions to protect your property during the restoration process. However, we are not liable for pre-existing internal ceiling damage or minor dust/debris that may enter the roof cavity during high-pressure cleaning or tile replacement.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked service, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee if materials have already been custom-tinted or ordered specifically for your project.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
