Day 1: Safety Setup and High-Pressure Cleaning

The first step of any restoration is preparation. We set up necessary safety rails (if required by the pitch of your roof) and disconnect your downpipes to ensure no thick moss or sludge blocks your stormwater drains. We then use industrial 4000 PSI pressure cleaners to systematically strip away decades of dirt, lichen, and oxidized paint. This is the messiest part of the job, but don't worry—we spend the end of the day thoroughly rinsing down your walls, windows, paths, and gutters to leave your property spotless.

Day 2: Structural Repairs and Repointing

With a clean canvas, we can clearly see every fault. We walk the entire roof, replacing any cracked or chipped tiles with matching profiles. Next, we address the ridge capping. If the old mortar is severely degraded, we will remove it entirely and re-bed the caps. We then apply a thick layer of flexible pointing compound to tightly seal every ridge cap to the roof. This pointing needs time to cure before we can paint.

Day 3: Masking and Priming

Before any spraying begins, we meticulously mask off your gables, fascias, skylights, and solar panels to ensure there is zero overspray. Once protected, we apply a specialized high-build primer. This primer is designed to soak deep into the porous concrete tiles, binding the chalky surface and creating a rock-solid foundation for the membrane to adhere to.

Day 4: The Membrane Top Coats and Clean Up
